Fees
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent and complexity of your treatment. During your consultation visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the exact fees involved for your treatment. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. The treatment performed in our office is usually very complex and often cannot be performed in a single visit. In most cases treatment will be done over 2 or more appointments and this is to ensure that we provide you with treatment that gives your tooth the best chance of a successful long-term outcome.
Insurance
Dental insurance coverage has become more complex due to the vast number of dental plans and the range of benefits each plan provides. Some plans may cover certain dental procedures, while others may not, and some plans may pay on a fee schedule which is unrelated to our office’s fees. We require payment at the completion of treatment but we will work closely with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.%u200B
We are a patient-first practice and will do everything possible to explain your benefits and expedite the processing of your claim. For your convenience, we will file a claim to your dental insurance provider for the treatment that you received and the reimbursement will be mailed directly to you or deposited directly into your bank account if this is set up for you.
If you prefer, our office will contact your insurance company to determine an ESTIMATE of the amount that will be paid towards the recommended procedures, before initiating any treatment. This can take up to 6 weeks and your insurance provider will notify you of this. When you are ready to proceed you can contact our office to book an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 2 business days' notice for any cancellations. Please note we do not accept cancellations through email. If you are unable to make your appointment - please call us and we can reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply if cancellation is within the 48 hours.
